Tungsten Spheres

Our tungsten spheres are fully sintered solids. These are spherical-shaped, ball-like solids with a parallel band around one axis of the diameter. The diameter of this band is identical to the ball's diameter and is an essential part of the manufacturing process.

When inquiring, please specify the following:

• Material: (E.g. Tungsten alloy W — 92%, Copper-Tungsten alloy, etc.)
• Material density: We manufacture parts with a maximum density of 18.5 g/cc
• Sphere dimension: We manufacture spheres from 1.5 mm to 203.2 mm (0.059" - 8") diameter
• Tolerance
• Order quantity

Tungsten Balls

Our tungsten balls are fully sintered solids, machined and polished to any surface finish specifications. These are perfect spheres without any evidence of a split line. We are the only company in the world that can offer tungsten balls at a density of 11 to 12 g/cc.

Tungsten Cubes

Our tungsten cubes are fully sintered, solid blocks. We can supply these in "as sintered," machined or polished conditions, or to any surface finish specifications.
